Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is principally operated, without regard to that state's conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises between you and Waitfordate Review relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days before pursuing any formal action.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Waitfordate Review agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where the claim qualifies. You and Waitfordate Review each waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding, and arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis.

If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration provision, you may opt out by sending written notice to our legal contact address within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, clearly stating your intent to opt out of arbitration. Absent a timely opt-out, this arbitration provision remains in full effect.

Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight them near the top of this page for a period following the update.
